New InstallationResidential Driveway Gate — Spokane, WA
Automated swing gate installed at a residential driveway entrance. Includes keypad entry, vehicle loop detector for automatic exit, and safety sensor wiring.
Gate installations, repairs, and maintenance completed for residential and commercial clients across Spokane, WA and the surrounding area. Each job is handled to the same standard: done right before we leave the site.
The projects below represent the range of gate work Bemiss Gate Services handles — from straightforward residential driveway installations to commercial entry systems with access control integration. Gate types vary: sliding gates, swing gates, barrier arms, and automated entry systems of different sizes and duty levels.
Materials and configurations depend on what the site calls for. Residential jobs prioritize clean appearance and reliable daily operation. Commercial jobs emphasize durability, cycle rating, and often require integration with existing access control infrastructure. We approach both the same way: assess the site, recommend the right equipment, and install it properly.

Every project starts with an on-site visit. Bradley walks the property, looks at what's there (or what isn't), and talks through the options. For repairs, he'll diagnose the issue and give a clear cost estimate before touching anything. For new installations, he'll explain the gate styles and operators that make sense for the site and walk through what the installation involves.
On installation days, the work is done efficiently. The site is cleaned up before we leave. Before wrapping up, we test the system thoroughly — cycling the gate, verifying sensors and limit switches, and making sure remotes or keypads are programmed and working correctly.
If there's anything the customer needs to know about operating or maintaining the system, that's covered before we leave. The goal is that when we drive away, everything works and the customer knows how to use it.
Whether you're looking at a new installation or have a gate that needs repair, get in touch and we'll schedule an assessment.
